2. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

3) After the death of K, and the Plaintiff B, C, D, and E completed the registration of ownership transfer for each share of 323/4606, 323/4606, 969/4606, 646/4606, and 646/4606 of the instant land among the instant land due to the inheritance due to the consultation division on January 5, 2006.B. (1) The current status of the instant land and buildings on adjoining land, 42, 50, 51, 48, 47, 46, 45, 44, 44, 43, and 42 in sequence connecting each of the points of the attached drawings, among the instant land, of the land in question, and the adjacent land (hereinafter referred to as “number”) and the adjacent land, there is a portion of 42 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “the instant building”) which connects each of the points of 41, 42, 50, 514, 548, 41, 548, 425, 41, 425 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant building”).

2. The building of this case was approved for use in 1939, and was newly constructed on the house ledger around January 1, 1978.
