The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (b) went home to a taxi driven by the victim D (50 years of age) on the front of the C Elementary School located in B of Gyeonggi-do; (c) and (d) was assaulted by the Defendant, who intends to make a compulsory opening of the door, stating that “the taxi fare is required” is defective; and (d) the victim’s snow part is flick at one time with the left side drinking.
