1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;
A. In around 1995, the F Co., Ltd. F (hereinafter “F”) newly built I (hereinafter “instant building”) on G and H ground in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
B. On January 17, 2002, Nonparty J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) was awarded a successful bid on the site of the instant building, and the same year.
2. 15.15. F Purchasing the instant building from F
(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). C.
On October 10, 2002, the Plaintiff purchased from Jhoho Lake (attached Form 1) and L (attached Form 2) among the buildings of this case. On April 4, 2003, the Plaintiff purchased each of the buildings of this case, Mhoho (attached Form 3 real estate), Nho (attached Form 4 real estate), Oho (attached Form 5 real estate recorded in the attached Table), and P (attached Form 6 real estate) among the buildings of this case. On April 4, 2003, the Plaintiff purchased Qhoho (attached Form 7 real estate listed in the attached Table) among the buildings of this case, and paid each purchase price.

Defendant B, as the right to claim the transfer registration under the transfer agreement with F, was decided to prohibit the disposal of each real estate listed in the separate sheet as the right to be preserved (Seoul District Court 2014Kahap1480, 1545), and upon the entrustment of the registration of the above provisional disposition, the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of F was completed on November 19, 2013 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
E. On November 28, 2013, Defendant C completed the registration of claim for transfer of ownership based on a trade reservation on November 27, 2013, as to real estate Nos. 1 and 2 in the separate sheet.
F. On November 17, 2015, Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of a transfer agreement (in Jincheon District Court 2015S2064 mediation protocol) on December 14, 2013 with respect to the three real estate listed in the separate sheet on November 17, 2015, Defendant R completed the registration of transfer of ownership on November 17, 2015, and Defendant R completed the registration of transfer of ownership on November 16, 2015 as to each of the above real estate.
G. Defendant B Co., Ltd. is indicated on November 17, 2015 in the separate sheet No. 4.
