1. The part against the defendant in the judgment of the first instance shall be revoked;

1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) On November 11, 2002, the Plaintiff entered the HansungS Co., Ltd. for the service business on November 11, 2002, and was dispatched to the KEX-based hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Samsungdong and served as a guest room as a guest room until March 15, 2007. (2) The Plaintiff worked for six days from November 11, 2002 to March 31, 2005, and worked for 09:0 to 17:20 (13:1:30 hours from April 1, 2005 to August 31, 2005). From 18:00 to 22:00, the Plaintiff performed the duty of simple cleaning and arranging 30 guest rooms with the customer’s accommodation.
In the event that the plaintiff conducts the cleaning of the guest room, he or she was cleaning the non-convening toilet for the anti-convening pipe.
