1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 81,957,785 as well as KRW 59,912,712 among them, from July 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on December 11, 2013, and leased KRW 70,000,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 8.48% per annum, monthly payment of KRW 1,724,720 per annum, interest rate of KRW 25% per annum, interest rate of KRW 48 months, and period of 48 months, but the Defendant lost the benefit of time. As such, the Defendant lost the benefit of time, the Plaintiff’s repayment of principal and interest obligation is sought by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
