For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that all of the facts charged in the instant case did not prove any crime.

Examining the record, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

In light of the logical and empirical rules, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of the law, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act by providing game products with contents different from those of the game products classified as ratings.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
