On January 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to a violation of road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court on January 5, 2012, and a fine of four million won due to a violation of road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court on November 21, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of four million won or more.

Nevertheless, on May 5, 2016, the Defendant again driven a DNA car with alcohol content of about 50 meters from the front road of the Jindong-dong church located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, about 06:03 to the front road of the same water route 49, from approximately 50 meters away from the upper road of the same water route to the upper road of the Dong dong-dong church located in the same water route.
