Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the head of the department belonging to the management planning office of the “D”, which is a vehicle parts company in the former North Korea-gun C, managed and supervised the accounting work of the victim E (32 years old) and the victim F (n, 21 years old) who worked as an employee in the same department.
1. Indecent acts through occupational force of victims E;
