A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of architectural design and supervision, etc., and the Defendant further sports development specialized in the Defendant Company (the former trade name: the company specialized in the development of better sports specialized in the real estate investment company; hereinafter “Defendant more thanks”) is a company established for the purpose of acquisition, management, improvement, and disposal of real estate and real estate development projects, and Defendant Sam T&D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant T&D”) is a company established for the purpose of construction business and real estate sales business.

B. 1) The Plaintiff and Nonparty A&B Design Group architectural firms (hereinafter “A&B”) are incorporated into a design service contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendants.

Around August 2011, 201, a business that newly constructs and sells an officetel of 20 stories above the sixth ground level 20 stories underground (hereinafter referred to as “instant business”).

2) As to the instant design contract with the Defendants, the owner and the Defendants, the owner of the construction, the service cost of which is KRW 2,537,400,00 (excluding value-added tax) (hereinafter “instant design contract”).

3. Service period: The service period from the conclusion date of the contract to the completion date of the inspection for use.
