A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Punishment of the crime
On November 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and was released on March 30, 2012 in the smuggling detention house and passed on May 8, 2012 during the execution of the sentence.
The Defendant committed the following crimes with the acquisition of wallets containing a driver's license, etc. in the name of AM:
1. Crimes committed on May 27, 2013;
A. On May 27, 2013, the Defendant presented one copy of the automatic driver’s license in the name of AM, when the Defendant was able to use the official document from AOrenk in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and the Defendant was required to present an identification card by an employee in his name while borrowing a car from the AP labels in his name.
B. The Defendant forged a private document, at the same time and place as “A” in paragraph (1) of this Article, and at the same time and place as “AM” without obtaining the consent of AM, entered “AM” and “AM” in the name column of the lessee of the site for the automobile lease contract, and signed “AM” in the resident registration number column, thereby forging one copy of the car lease contract, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations of AM, and, on that spot, delivered the document to ARrenk employees under the name of the non-known owner who knew that the document was forged.
2. The crime committed on May 29, 2013;
A. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of the automatic driver’s license in the name of AM, which was obtained as above, while the Defendant was able to make a false statement that he lost the passbook at the original point of the 73-1 Korean bank Changnam-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and demanded to present an identification card to an employee in his name.
B. Forgery of private documents, and the Defendant’s use of the same date, time, and place as “A” in paragraph 2, with a view to exercising without AM’s consent, changes in the title “the AS account in Korea and the AT account in Korea.”
