The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

U is the business owner operating the “Zel” on the 8,9th and nine floors of the same building as the above entertainment shop from November 2012, and Defendant V is the person in charge of customer contact, employee management and settlement according to the above U’s direction as the above manager from around November 2012.
