A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
2017 Highest 9306
1. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was driving a C money tank with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.316% while under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license, from around 13:49, at around 216, to the 2016 Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu. In the same manner, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.316% in blood without a vehicle driver’s license.
2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated a motor vehicle with C money tank which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the date and time specified in the preceding paragraph.
On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million on December 8, 2017, due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving driving) in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on December 8, 2017.
[2] On November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C money tank car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.086% during blood without a driver’s license from the front side of “heat apartment house,” located in the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the “Gannam-dong” restaurant located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.
Defendant 1657 is a holder of C money tank.
On January 10, 2018, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven the said machine tank car without obtaining a driver's license from the Do adjacent to the Dongmpung-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu 28, to the front road of the 12-8-8 Do, the 300 meters away from the Do adjacent to the Dongmpung-gu Do, which is located in 28, the Defendant used the said machine tank car without being covered by mandatory insurance.
