The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a dispute with the victim C (67 years of age) who was a person who was divorced in front of the Seocho-gu Daejeon apartment B apartment 103 at the early stage of guard, on the ground that he was together with other women in this case; (b) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to do so; (c) made the victim’s face several times with the hand floor; (d) made the victim’s back the back depth; and (e) made the victim’s breath of the back, she took the back the back of the victim’s breath; and (e) assaulted the victim’s breath and surrounding the victim’s breath.
