Purport of claim and appeal
1.
1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the modification of the Chapters 8, 4, and 15 of the judgment of the court of first instance as follows. Thus, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. The revised portion of "C. Therefore, the amount of each of the dividends against the defendants in the distribution schedule of this case should be deleted, and the plaintiffs' dividends should be re-determined. However, while the non-party Q raises an objection against the defendants in Seoul Southern District Court 2014Gahap1509 and the lawsuit of demurrer against the distribution is pending, the defendants' claim against the defendants in relation to the amount of dividends of this case 28,090,037 won and 57,212,523 won as to the amount of dividends against the defendant Eul among the distribution schedule of this case 28,090,037 won, and the amount of dividends of this case 14,183,91 won as to the plaintiff Q,72,428,963 won as to the amount of dividends of this case 25,000 won as to the above amount of dividends of this case 27,000 won and Q25,000 won as to the above amount of dividends of this case 25, it should be clearly deleted from each of this case.
3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and all appeals by the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
