Punishment of the crime
On September 15, 2016, around 00:05, the Defendant driven B-wing truck with alcohol content of about 0.13% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 10km from the front road of the irrigation village in the dry-si, the water village in the dry-gu, the river in front of the water village in the dry-gu, the water village in the same area to the front road of the white-gu, the water village in the same area.
