1. The Defendant’s KRW 30 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 30% per annum from February 28, 2004 to July 14, 2014.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. From July 15, 2014, the partial dismissal of an agreement is null and void to the extent that the agreement exceeds 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the said Act. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of interest in excess of the above shall be dismissed.
