On October 25, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.180% of the blood alcohol concentration on 11:50%, driven approximately 7 km from the day before a Silung Tourist Hotel located in Silung-dong in Silung-si, Silsan-si to the front road of the GSS station located in Ansan-si, Seosan-si.
