A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for one year and six months, respectively.

However, as to Defendant C, the same shall apply.

Defendant

A is currently under the suspension of the execution of two years in the year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Gwangju District Court on April 15, 2014. The defendant B is under the suspension of the execution of two years in the Seoul Central District Court on January 8, 2014.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 28, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant purchased Mescoptyers by means of giving KRW 1.2 million in cash to the Defendant’s G car located in the G car parking lot located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with the purchase price for psychotropic drugs (one Handphone) and at around 19:30 on the same day, at the bottom of the signs that prohibit parking of parking lots of the Gwangju Culture and Arts Center located in the Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.4g of Mescoptyers who were put in advance from the lower part of the signs that prohibit parking of parking lots of the Gwangju Culture and Arts Center.

B. On June 14, 2014, at around 20:30, the Defendant issued KRW 400,000 in cash to B with the purchase price for the Mesacam within the HMW car located on the road near the Haspathm of the Haspam, and around that time, C, under the direction of B, purchased approximately 4.8g of the Defendant’s G car by means of holding approximately 4.8g of the Mesacam in the Defendant’s G car.

C. At around 21:00 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of Mesphere in the Defendant’s mountain located at the coast of Gospon-gun I for a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injection with the left-hand hand, etc. on a single-time medication method.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 28, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1.2 million in cash from A as sales proceeds of Mesa Pambamins in the G car parking lot located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu; (b) around 19:30 on the same day, the parking of the parking lot of the Gwangju Culture and Arts Center located in the Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
