1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the purport of the entire pleadings as stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff lent KRW 40 million to the defendant on August 13, 2019 [3 months from August 13, 2019 to November 12, 2019], and the defendant prepared a loan certificate with the same content as above to the plaintiff.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest or delayed damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum within the scope of the above agreed interest rate from August 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
