Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of aiding and abetting criminals is acquitted.

From July 25, 2008 to January 31, 2010, the Defendant was a police officer in charge of handling and controlling incidents and accidents that occurred within the jurisdiction of the Military Police Station C District Register from July 25, 2008.

D from March 3, 2008 to December 31, 2009, it was a police officer in charge of the investigation of female and juvenile crimes as the head of the military police station E-K police station from March 3, 2008.

1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;

A. On November 2008, the Defendant: (a) lent KRW 30 million in the “F” game room deposit from G from the end of Sinpo City on November 2008 and KRW 5 million in the premium; (b) operate the game room by procuring from another person in the game machine;
