The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are members of the D livestock cooperative, and E was elected once on March 11, 2015 through simultaneous elections of heads of D livestock cooperatives, which was conducted on March 11, 2015.
1. Defendant B: (a) on February 7, 2015, the Defendant: (b) on a Vietnam-style cruise vehicle parked in front of the FF intersection; (c) on an election campaign, the Defendant: (a) on an election campaign, E having a mind to walk at the association president; and (d) on a white bag containing KRW 1 million in cash, the Defendant was the owner and the owner of the white envelope; and (c) received it.
As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables from E who wishes to be a candidate for the president of the partnership.
2. On February 15, 2015, Defendant A: (a) within an infinite passenger car parked in G G village fishing; (b) as seen above, the E having the mind of going to an election for the head of the association, called “Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do and Do Do Do Do Do Do nac; and (c) received a white bag containing one million won in cash.
As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables from E who wishes to be a candidate for the president of the partnership.
