However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Of the facts charged in the case of “2019 Highest 5230, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for an auction obstruction at the Incheon District Court on June 25, 2020, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 14, 2020 on August 20, 2020 upon the cancellation of the public prosecutor’s prosecution as to the violation of the Labor Standards Act by each employee as stated in the attached Table No. 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 25, and 29, and on November 20, 2020 as to the violation of the Labor Standards Act by the employees listed in the attached Table No. 7 at the net time (based on the fifth public trial record).
