A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

1. At around 14:30 on June 21, 2014, Defendant A remitted 4.50,000 won for marijuana to the bank account (I) in the name of H used by G in the B, and around the same day, Defendant A purchased and sold marijuana from G at the Defendant’s music work room located on the first floor of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J in the same day.

2. After the purchase of marijuana as referred to in the preceding paragraph, Defendant A put about approximately 0.5g of marijuana in pipes made of the stuffed paper, affixed the smoke, and smoked in such a way as to cover the smoke.

3. The Defendant A smoked approximately 1g of marijuana purchased, as in paragraph 1, as follows:

A around June 22, 2014, at the residence of the defendant of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Apartment 101 Dong 402, and at the pipe created by the gambling paper, the mari was put into the pipe, attached the mari, and smoked from the mari method.

B. On June 27, 2014, Defendant A smoked marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) at the residence of the above Defendant at night.

4. On October 15, 2014, Defendant A traded marijuana at the street store located in Denmark Coenmark Chalog halogis, Defendant A purchased and sold 20 knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

5. The Defendant A, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, smoked marijuana in the vicinity of the street following the purchase of marijuana, after she added approximately 1g of marijuana and 1g of coloned colons in the smoking paper, and then smoking in a way of smoking the smoke.

6. On October 16, 2014, at around 19:00, Defendant A smoked marijuana in front of the music operation room located in Denmark Chalog, with approximately 1g of marijuana and colonal colon’s leaves attached to smoking paper, and then smoked in a way that they are fluencing.

7. On October 21, 2014, at around 22:00, Defendant A put about approximately 1g of marijuana and colony leaves on the alleyway in front of the music operation room in Denmark Chaloga, and then put in a smoking paper about 1g of marijuana and colony leaves.
