A. From May 14, 2008 to September 30, 2015, KRW 147,857,534 and KRW 77,316,22 among them.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff filed a claim against the defendant for a payment order for the loan and interest in arrears with the Changwon District Court Decision 2008Ra1984, the Changwon District Court Decision 2008Da1984, and the court issued a payment order on May 30, 2008, and the payment order was finalized on July 19, 2008.
The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for the claim above.
