The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have convicted all of the facts charged of the instant case on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, and there was no error by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by omitting judgment.

In addition, other arguments are not legitimate grounds for appeal since they are asserted only by the court of final appeal that the defendant used them as grounds for appeal, or that the court below did not consider them as subject to ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
