1. The Defendant’s KRW 59,500,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 13, 2018 to September 13, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A loan claim for outstanding amounts due out of the outstanding amounts due from a loan made by the Plaintiff to the Defendant from April 2012 to November 2013, 2013 shall be made. Compensation for delay shall be made from the day after the Plaintiff served on the Defendant an application for modification of the purport of claim on May 11, 2018.
