1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150 million and the interest rate of KRW 150 million per annum from October 12, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On May 201, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the Defendant lent KRW 150 million to C, a representative director, and the Defendant’s joint and several liability on August 14, 2012.
