1. The Defendant’s KRW 362,115,856 and KRW 67,933,255 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from March 7, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Grounds
(a) Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. Dismissal portion: The provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended, and the interest rate under the above Act was changed from 15% per annum to 12% per annum as it was enforced on June 1, 2019.
