The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s face at least three times on the ground that the victim D (the victim 50 years of age and South) was flick prior to the first floor of the 1st floor of the Snuri City B, Singu, on the ground that the victim D (the victim 50 years of age and South) was flicked.
2. According to the records, the victim could have withdrawn his wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
