On October 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents, etc. in the Chuncheon District Court’s original state support, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 19, 2013.

1. C-related

A. On August 19, 201, the Defendant, at the “E” mobile phone sales store of the Defendant’s operation at Gangwon-si from Gangwon-si, entered at the “E” mobile phone sales store for the purpose of opening and using the mobile phone under C’s name in the form of “services”, “a new contract for the installment transaction of a device”, “Spanisher and TTLS social membership certificate”, and forged one copy of each document under C, a private document on rights and obligations, at the same time.

In addition, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, sent each of the above-mentioned documents forged to H by facsimile as if they were genuinely prepared, thereby simultaneously exercising each of the above documents in the name of C.

B. Around August 31, 2011, the Defendant, at the same time, forged two copies of each of the above documents in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations, by arbitrarily stating C’s personal information, signature, etc. in the form of “services”, “Spanishing volume transaction contract”, “Spanishing volume transaction contract”, and “Spanishing entry certificate” for the purpose of exercising the opening and use of a mobile phone in the name of C.

In addition, at the same time, the Defendant sent each of the above documents forged to K by facsimile as if they were genuinely prepared, at the same time, at the same time, the Defendant used each of the above documents in the name of “J” mobile phone seller in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

C. The Defendant is the name of forged C, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).
