【Criminal Power】 On July 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and eight months of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 13, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Special larceny Defendant: (a) from around 20:40 on July 21, 2016 to around 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (b) kneeped D’s diving door knives in Busan City from around 20:40 to around 21:20 on the same day; (c) destroyed locking devices; and (d) intruded into the above knives, thereby damaging the locking devices; and (d) carried out cultural products with the right of KRW 20,000 in total at the market price of KRW 30,000.

From that time until August 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed door at night as shown in the attached Table 1, and intruded into a structure; and (b) stolen property worth KRW 1,038,000 in total from four victims.

2. At around 03:35 on August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the locking device by cutting down the locking door knife at the H’s comprehensive text store located in the F at Mapopopopoon; (b) destroyed the locking device; (c) intruded into the locking device; and (d) did not steals the stolen object as there was no stolen object.

Thus, the defendant tried to steals another's property by destroying door at night and impairing a structure, but he did not commit an attempted crime.

3. On July 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 01:36 on July 17, 2016, 201; (b) 300,000 won in cash owned by the Victim K and 95,000 won in the market price, which came into a safe located on the front line, by cutting off the locked door door at the J convenience store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and cutting down the said convenience store by shakeing it into the said convenience store.

In addition, from that time until August 11, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure at night as shown in the attached Table 2, and stolen property worth KRW 2,395,500 from 11 victims in total.
