According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, in particular, the statement that the victim made at the court below (if the victim is unable to find any reason or motive to dismiss the defendant, it shall be deemed that there is sufficient credibility to recognize the criminal facts), and each statement made by F, L, G, and K at the investigation agency, the defendant may be sufficiently recognized to have committed an indecent act against the victim as described in the judgment of the court below.

Defendant’s assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
