1. Victims C;

A. On August 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim C to the effect that he/she would have requested the victim C to deposit his/her husband in relation to D’s assault case in front of the Broadcasting and Communications University, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) received delivery of one million won under the name of his/her husband; and (c) embezzled the said one million won under the name of living expenses around that time.

B. Upon examining whether C made a deposit as set forth in paragraph 1(a) with the Defendant, the Defendant who forged the official document and forged the official document was found to have searched C’s deposit. 2. Victims F;

A. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant issued a certificate of the victim’s seal impression with the victim’s document bags G in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si, and 401 on September 19, 2015.
