1. In the event that the Plaintiff and the Defendant permanently stay in the Gyeongbuk-do, with respect to the 34.42 square meters of the 34.42 square meters of the land-building site.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment deemed to be a confession by absence: Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
