1. The Defendant’s KRW 46,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from May 18, 2008 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Claim for the extension of the extinctive prescription period of the judgment bond established on July 29, 2008 in the loans extended by the Seoul Central District Court 2008Kadan37429
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Act, the part seeking payment of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
