The Defendant subscribed to a large number of insurance policies that are paid at the time of hospitalization, and received insurance money according to the number of days of hospitalization for a long time, although it is possible to receive hospital treatment.

Around June 9, 2008, the Defendant: (a) was hospitalized at the D Hospital located in Jeonnam (Seoul) around June 9, 2008; (b) was in a condition that it is possible to receive pain; (c) was hospitalized from around July 24, 2008 to around the day of the same month; (d) on July 15, 2008, the Defendant filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the State Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the victim, and received KRW 650,000 as the next day insurance proceeds from that time; and (d) from that time until July 24, 2013, the Defendant was issued KRW 206,041,832 by deceiving the victim from the insurance companies listed in the attached list of crimes by deceiving him/her for 62 days at 17 hospitals through a method of 980 days of hospitalization, and received a total of KRW 206,04

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the above insurance company that is the victim, received the property owned by the victims and fraudulently acquired it.
