1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 as well as 30% per annum from February 7, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On February 7, 2014, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 20 million to the Defendant at the rate of 5% (60% per annum) per annum on February 20, 2014. As such, the Plaintiff was unable to receive the principal and interest even after the above repayment period, the Plaintiff sought payment of the agreed interest and the agreed delay damages calculated at the rate of 30% per annum within the agreed interest rate from February 8, 2014 to the date of full payment.
