However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, from around May 200 to around September 20, 2016, operated the alcohol house called “E” on the second floor of the building located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D, and the victim F (V, 33 years of age) was employed by the Defendant from around May 20, 2016 to around September 20, 2016, and worked as an employee in the said “E”.

As above, the Defendant sent to the victim images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying the Defendant’s sexual desire.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (or by force on duty);

A. On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) held the victim’s son’s son on the following side of the victim, who had been engaged in selling goods at the said “E” room; (b) held the victim’s son’s her son her son her son her son her son her son her son.”
