1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from July 2, 2016, and Defendant C with respect to the said amount.

Under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties’s joint guarantee, the Plaintiff indicated KRW 10,00,000 on August 31, 2015 to Defendant B with the maturity of KRW 15% per annum on December 31, 2015, and leased KRW 15,000 on September 8, 2015 with the maturity of KRW 15,00,000 on December 31, 2015, respectively.
Defendant B paid KRW 2,00,000 to the Plaintiff on January 15, 2016, but the aforementioned money was fully appropriated for interest. As such, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 25,000,000 to the Plaintiff and delay damages therefor.
