1. Defendant A

가. 2017. 8. 22.경 범행 피고인은 2017. 8. 22. 11:55경 위 의원 진료실에서, 엄지발톱 치료를 받기 위해 방문한 피해자 E(여, 29세)를 진료하다가 피해자가 아파하자 “이 정도로 그렇게 아파하면 아기는 어떻게 낳을 것이냐”라고 하고, 이에 피해자가 “아기를 낳아봤는데 아기 낳는 것보다 더 아픕니다”라고 하자 “그거는 환자의 그 부분이 넓어서 쉽게 아기를 낳은 것 아니겠냐”라고 말하고, 치료를 마치고 진료실을 나가는 피해자에게 다가가 갑자기 손바닥으로 피해자의 엉덩이를 1회 쳐 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

B.
