1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,947,040 and KRW 40,088,193 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 11% per annum from July 23, 2016 to May 6, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 57,947,040 won and 40,088,193 won among them, 11% per annum from July 23, 2016 to May 6, 2017, and 15% per annum from May 7, 2017 to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
