The Defendant, as the Plaintiff
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From January 1, 2020, the buildings mentioned in the above paragraph (a).
1. The Plaintiff, on August 30, 2018, leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant by August 30, 2020, a deposit of KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 180,000 (excluding value-added tax). Since the Defendant did not pay the rent from April 1, 2019 to that date, the instant lease agreement is terminated.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate listed in the separate sheet, and pay the unpaid rent of KRW 1,782,00,000 and damages for delay thereof, and the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from January 1, 2020.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
