1. The defendant shall jointly and severally with the non-party C Co., Ltd. to the plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be from October 31, 2020.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: It is as shown in the reasons for the claim in attached Form (Provided, That "creditor" shall be "Plaintiff", "debtor" shall be "Defendant", and a payment order shall be finalized on February 2, 200 (Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
