1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Since movable property indicated in the attached list of the Plaintiff’s assertion is owned by the Plaintiff, the Defendant’s compulsory execution against the movable property indicated in the attached list should be denied based on the executory exemplification of the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2016Da5671502 Decided June 21, 2016.
2. The Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit, since there is no evidence to acknowledge that movable properties listed in the separate sheet of judgment are owned by the Plaintiff.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is dismissed for reasons.
