1. According to the above public offering, around July 2, 2013, the Defendant purchased a F U.S. A5 car in E located in MUD in Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 2, 2013. The fact is that the Defendant did not intend to operate the said car and did not intend to pay the loan normally because the Defendant did not have any specific occupation or income, but did not have an intent or ability to pay the loan normally. However, the Defendant applied for a loan to the victim A U.S. Capital as if the Defendant actually operated the said car and would normally pay the loan, and the Defendant was paid KRW 5,2560,000 from the victim as installment loans on the same day.

According to the above public offering, around July 26, 2013, the Defendant purchased the arche car H agency located in Masan-si G in Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Defendant purchased Irocketing-R car. The fact is that the Defendant did not intend to operate the said car and did not have any intent or ability to pay the loan normally because the Defendant did not intend to actually operate the said car, and did not have any certain occupation or capacity to pay the loan normally, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant applied for a loan to the Modern Capital Co., Ltd. as if the Defendant would actually pay the loan normally while operating the said car and received KRW 34 million from the victim as a loan for installment financing on the same day.
