1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 3,850,00 to the Plaintiff the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from December 10, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

On October 27, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the third floor of the building on the third floor of the third floor of the building on the land other than Busan Jung-gu, Busan, with the lease deposit of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 330,000, monthly management fee of KRW 20,000, monthly management fee of KRW 20,000, and the lease period of KRW 25,00, October 25, 2016 to October 24, 2017.
The defendant paid only KRW 1,00,000 among the rental deposit, and used the above building on or around October 25, 2017, and did not fully pay rent and management expenses.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease agreement on May 1, 2017, and sought payment of KRW 3,850,000,000, which is the sum of the rent and management expenses until October 15, 2017, the Defendant removed from the above building.
