1. Defendant A’s identity is the chairman of H Trade Union’s labor union affiliated with the General Federation of the Korean Democratic Trade Union, Inc., Ltd., which was employed in the “G” located in the “G” in the above E, under the control of the company E, and Defendant B is the branch I of the North Korean branch of the Korean Democratic Trade Union, and Defendant C is the senior secretary general of the Korean Democratic Trade Union.

In order to accomplish the above assertion against HA, labor union members, including A, decided to hold a meeting with the support of the branch offices of the National Union Federation of the Korea Workers’ Democratic Trade Union, which is a superior organization of HA trade union, and the head of Scheon Police Station through B via I of the branch offices of the Korean Democratic Trade Union, which is an organization of the superior organization of HA trade union, the purpose of the meeting was to “employment security dispute, the implementation of the collective agreement,” the date and time of the meeting from February 14, 2015 to March 20, 200; the place of the meeting was to be “from February 14, 2015 to March 12, 2015”; “The left-hand side and right-hand side of the GC door, road and dry field”; and the organizer reported to the effect that it is “20 persons, such as C, B, etc.”.
