A. On July 20, 1919, Y was in common with A and AB, the 10th half of the 10th half of the forests and fields within the Gyeonggi-gu District (hereinafter “YA”) (hereinafter “the forests and fields before division”).

The relationship between the above-mentioned person in the name of the family is as shown in attached Form 2.

B.Y died on August 16, 1941, and there was AC and D as its inheritor, but Australia inherited AC’s own property by inheritance. AC died on February 3, 1951, and AE was identified as its inheritor.

On February 1, 1965, AE died after leaving AF, who is his father, left as his inheritor. AF died on June 27, 1986, and AF’s husband’s husband’s husband’s heir and AH were the Plaintiffs and AH. AG died on April 21, 1987, and AH died on September 7, 1995, and eventually, the Plaintiffs became the final heir of Y.

C. Forest land before subdivision was each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) through several divisions as shown in the separate sheet No. 3, as shown in the separate sheet No. 1, and individually, it became real estate No. 4 in the separate sheet No. 1.

Defendant E completed the registration of initial ownership on October 30, 1965, which was received on October 30, 1965.
