The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 145,79,349 as well as 5% per annum from July 12, 2012 to September 10, 2020 and the next day.
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a person operating the Daegu Suwon-gu E Hospital located in D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Plaintiff complained of the left-hand knee identification card on June 16, 2012, and first received medical treatment at the Defendant Hospital.
B. The Plaintiff’s medical examination and treatment at the Defendant Hospital and the Gyeongbuk University Hospital 1) The medical doctor F of the Defendant Hospital determined that the Plaintiff’s medical examination and treatment required a prompt test and operation by diagnosing the Plaintiff to the left-hand sulll damage, active infection, and an annual installments conflict between the left-hand suls and the annual installments in the left-hand suls. Accordingly, on June 27, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital on June 28, 2012, and on June 28, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital and the Gyeongbuk University Hospital (hereinafter “instant operation”).
(2) On July 12, 2012, the Plaintiff was discharged from the Defendant Hospital on July 3, 2012 and thereafter on July 12, 2012.

On August 3, 2012, the Defendant hospital received outpatient medical treatment; filed an appeal for non- left-hand side on August 3, 2012; and received medical treatment at the Defendant hospital. On August 3, 2012, the medical personnel at the Defendant hospital diagnosed the cardio-cerebrovascular infection as a result of the first-wave test conducted against the Plaintiff on August 3, 2012.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff was transferred to the GT University Hospital and undergone the CT inspection. From the left-hand president's framework to the left-hand beer, the verification of acute sacroptysis and non-alleycoptysis has been made on August 6, 2012 and the same year.

As a result, the Plaintiff was diagnosed on April 17, 2013 as “the state of compromise with chronic blood cells in the pelles and the left-hand beer due to changes after blood dystrophism.” On April 17, 2013, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as “the state of compromise with the changes after blood dystrophism.”
