- On August 7, 2013, the Plaintiff is deemed to have collectively referred to as “the remaining land of this case” collectively referred to as “the remaining land of this case”).

(B) Of the claims for expropriation of remaining land owned by the Plaintiff for 45/3840 shares, the local Land Tribunal of Seoul Special Metropolitan City dismissed them. (b) The approval and announcement of the project related to the urban natural park development project of North Korea in April 4, 2013 - Defendant 2: The adjudication of expropriation made on January 24, 2014 by the local Land Tribunal of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City: Defendant 2) - The adjudication of expropriation made on January 24, 2014 by the local Land Tribunal of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City: 1,890 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “land subject to expropriation”) holding the Plaintiff’s shares of 195/3840 shares; and the “each land subject to expropriation of this case” in addition to the land subject to expropriation of the Plaintiff

- Commencement date of expropriation: 30,731,690 won (the plaintiff reserved and received an objection - An appraisal corporation - An appraisal corporation 30,731,690 won: 30,731,690 won; and a new appraisal corporation in the future;

(c) the particulars of the subdivision of each land;
